Shipping Information

  • Shipping available all throughout the U.S through USPS. Currently, we do not offer shipment to US Virgin Island or International.
  • Shipments may take (7) business days for delivery. Actual delivery date depends on origin and destination. 
  • Shipping delays may occur due to high volume of orders & USPS.

Shipping Rates (USA)

  • FREE Shipping: 3-8 business days (Available only for $50+ orders)
  • Standard Shipping: $4.95 in 3-5 business days (Less than $50 orders)
  • Expedited Shipping: $14.95 
  • Overnight Shipping: $49.95 

Shipping Address & Billing Address 

  • SHIPPING ADDRESS: Input your shipping address for product delivery.  Make sure the information included is accurate (city, state, zip code and apartment no. if applicable).
    • Typos, abbreviations or errors might result in product(s) being shipped back to us.
    • After 14 business days, if we do not receive a response within 14 business days, we will cancel and refund your order.
  • BILLING ADDRESS: Information must match your credit card billing address exactly with no typos, abbreviations or errors.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • ORDERS: You will receive a confirmation email once you have successfully placed an order. Email includes Order Number and Receipt.
  • SHIPPING: Product will be shipped within 1-2 business days after order is placed.
  • TRACKING: We will send a follow-up email regarding  your order’s shipping details.

We do accept cash, personal checks or gift cards.


Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns within 30 days from shipping date.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling fees unless the product is defective.
  • Refunds are accepted only for damaged, defective or incorrect items. Allow up to 14 business days from the receipt for your refund to be credited. 
  • Any used or open products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE / WRONG PRODUCT(S): Please contact our support team at support@luulecollection.com to have the product(s) checked in at our warehouse and we will immediately replace the item with free shipping & handling fees.

*Product Descriptions: We do our best to ensure the accuracy of our product descriptions, but we cannot guarantee that all of our information regarding color appearance and other descriptions are error-free. We can always provide returns for unused products that do not meet accurate specifications.

How to return product(s): Secure the unopened product in well-padded packaging (original packaging or box/envelope) for in-transit damage protection.

Changes & Cancellations

  • Contact support@luulecollection.com to cancel an order.
  • Include the following information: Name, Order No. and Receipt (screenshot of email confirmation).
  • We can only cancel orders that are not yet shipped.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to confirmed orders regarding contact information, shipping address, order selections.

Missing / Lost / Stolen / Damaged Items

  • Once product(s) is shipped out and is in the carrier’s possession, our company is no longer responsible for lost, missing, stolen or damaged packages, and we cannot replace the items.
